She commonly supports individuals who are navigating treatment-resistant depression, chronic stress injuries and long-standing psychological symptoms that have not responded fully to previous treatment approaches. Her clinical focus includes comprehensive psychiatric assessment, treatment readiness evaluation and supporting individuals considering structured and intensive mental health treatments.
Jasmin has worked across community mental health programs, public health services, primary care clinics and disability and occupational mental health consultation settings. She has extensive experience supporting individuals with complex psychiatric histories, severe mood disorders, trauma-related conditions and co-occurring substance use concerns. Her work involves detailed biopsychosocial assessments, mental health risk evaluations and careful review of medical and psychiatric histories to determine treatment suitability and safety. Audrey (she/her/hers) is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Audrey holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience which greatly informs her practice of evidence-based approaches in supporting her client’s needs. Audrey worked in community mental health and research specializing in addictions before finding her passion in supporting others in a psychotherapeutic setting. Reflecting on her own experiences and the greater community, she has learned the importance of embodying who we are, where we come from and the strength that we build from these aspects. Audrey has completed additional training in a variety of modalities and competencies such as Somatic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.
